SHIPPING POLICY
Depending on the size of item(s) purchased, orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
Orders within Australia should arrive within 3 – 5 business days after shipping date, However due to courier delays some orders are taking longer.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $15-20 Australia wide (depending on weight).
Free Pickup available for Local Orders within the Hills District & Ryde Area NSW.
You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer Exchanges or Refunds for change of mind. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately via email. Replacement process is up to the discretion of the owner and by purchasing our products you agree to these terms and conditions.
